André Farr
Chairman/CEO

A 16-year veteran of entertainment promotions and sports management, André Farr gained major notoriety as CEO and President of House of Blues Sports, generating astronomical revenues. As a former standout football player and graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, Mr. Farr’s passion for sports and entertainment lead him on a mission to create opportunities between these distinct industries.

Under Mr. Farr’s direction, the BSAA membership has grown to over 3,700 of the world's top sports agents, lawyers, investment managers, marketing representatives and the like. From the inception of the BSAA, Mr. Farr has sought to establish a higher standard of integrity for athletes and sports professionals; promote increased African-American and female representation among athletes; and create broader ventures with the professional leagues and franchises.

Danielle M. Frost
Director of Operations

Danielle M. Frost is the Director of Operations for the BSAA and has been with the Association since 1996. Ms. Frost’s areas of responsibilities focus on the operations of the Association by creating and maintaining systematic policies/procedures for all departments. In an expanded role, Ms. Frost is spearheading the BSAA Foundation and the BSAA Real Estate Investment Division. A Southern California native, Ms. Frost has a B.A. Degree in Psychology from California State University Northridge, is certified in NLP, and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
